By accessing or using Orbita ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Orbita is a personal development tool that uses astrological frameworks and artificial intelligence to generate interpretations based on birth data. It is not a medical, psychological, legal, or financial service. All content is for informational and entertainment purposes only.
All content generated by Orbita — including interpretations, analyses, texts, and reports — is the exclusive property of Orbita. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Orbita-generated content without explicit written permission.
The Orbita name, logo, interface design, and underlying systems are protected by intellectual property law. Unauthorized copying or imitation is prohibited.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth data you provide. Orbita processes this data solely to generate your chart interpretation. We do not sell, share, or use your personal data for advertising.
Premium features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not guaranteed after a reading has been generated.
You may not use Orbita to: scrape or copy content at scale; reverse-engineer the Service; impersonate Orbita; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Orbita reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil and, for users in the United States, applicable federal and state laws. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We collect: name (optional), birth date, birth time (optional), birth city, language preference, and gender (for grammatical purposes). We do not collect government IDs, financial data, or sensitive categories of personal information beyond what you voluntarily provide.
Your birth data is used exclusively to calculate and interpret your astrological chart. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the Service you requested.
Chart data may be temporarily processed by third-party APIs (Anthropic, Astrologer via RapidAPI) to generate your reading. These providers operate under their own privacy policies. We do not permanently store your birth data on our servers.
We use: Anthropic (AI interpretation), Astrologer API via RapidAPI (planetary calculations), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (hosting). None of these parties receive your data for marketing purposes.
Under LGPD (Brazil) and applicable US law, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at orbita@orbita.app.
Orbita does not use tracking cookies. We may use minimal session storage to maintain your chart between sessions.
Orbita is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Orbita does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or any other form of professional advice. Nothing on this platform should be interpreted as a substitute for professional consultation.
Astrological interpretations are generated by artificial intelligence based on symbolic frameworks. They are not predictive, deterministic, or scientifically verified. Orbita makes no claims about the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any interpretation to your personal circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbita and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to decisions made based on chart interpretations, emotional responses to content, or technical errors.
You use Orbita entirely at your own risk. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
